Dr. NeeOo Chin
Dr. NeeOo W. Chin, is a Board Certified physician practicing Reproductive Endocrinologist in West Chester, Ohio. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Cincinnati in 1977 and graduated Medical School from The Ohio State University in 1981. Dr. Chin went on to do his OB/GYN Residency at Duke University and completed his Fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at The Ohio State University in 1987. Dr. Chin also holds a Certification in Medical Acupuncture from Stanford School of Medicine. Dr. Chin is the founder and Medical Director of The Fertility Wellness Institute of Ohio.
A growing fascination with Reproductive Endocrinology and Gynecology led Dr. Chin to pursue his career as an infertility specialist. Over 9,000 babies have been born with the assistance of Dr. Chin. He is also the first infertility doctor to have a successful pregnancy through INVOcell in Ohio. Dr. Chin ‘s goal is to provide outstanding individualized care in a compassionate and warm environment surrounding with state-of-the-art technology.

Michelle Wallace, RN CNP
Michelle is a Registered Nurse and a Nationally Certified Women’s Health Care Nurse Practitioner. As an Advanced Practice Nurse, Michelle is board certified to specialize and practice in women’s health. Michelle obtained her Masters of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Cincinnati, graduating with honors. She received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing at Wright State University where she also played varsity volleyball. Michelle is a member of the Ohio Association of Advanced Practice Nurses and Sigma Theta Tau. Before becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Michelle worked as a labor and delivery nurse at Miami Valley Hospital. She also worked in an OB/GYN clinic and in private practice for 14 years prior to joining Dr. Chin. This experience has helped to build a comprehensive approach to managing the overall health of women and their families. Michelle has a special interest in fertility assessment and treatment. She believes fertility is a complex process that impacts every part of family life. Michelle also believes that every family deserves an individualized approach to their fertility treatment.
Michelle has personal and professional experience in the journey of fertility and values the opportunity to help others along their journey. Michelle is married and has 3 children, including a set of twins. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, watching her children play sports, working out and playing with her two dogs.
At the Fertility Wellness Institute of Ohio, Michelle works with Dr. Chin to perform assessments, physical exams and treatments. She considers it a privilege to work with patients and learn from Dr. Chin. Helping patients build their families is a special process and one that she values every day.
Mike Myers ELD, (ABB)
Lab Director Embryologist
Mike received his undergraduate degree from Kearney State College in 1986. His career in Reproductive Medicine began at the University of Nebraska Medical Center’s OB/GYN department where he was a research technician. Mike learned the basics of male and female reproduction while gaining experience performing fertility assays diagnosing sperm and egg anomalies. His main researched focused on various in vitro culture systems for supporting gamete and embryo development. Soon after his tenure at UNMC, Mike earned a Master’s degree in Biology from the University of Nebraska. Mike’s research interests include analyzing FSH isoforms in relation to its bioactivity in follicular recruitment. Mike has been an Embryologist for the majority of his career. He also has had the opportunity to teach Anatomy, Physiology and Nutrition at a Junior college. Mike has published several papers and presented to the American Society for Reproductive Medicine and the American Association of Bioanalysts. We are very pleased to have Mike as part of our family, and in his words “it is a pleasure to work with a great, competent staff to share successful outcomes for our patients”.
