Dr. NeeOo Chin
Dr. NeeOo W. Chin, is a Board Certified physician practicing Reproductive Endocrinologist in West Chester, Ohio. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Cincinnati in 1977 and graduated Medical School from The Ohio State University in 1981. Dr. Chin went on to do his OB/GYN Residency at Duke University and completed his Fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at The Ohio State University in 1987. Dr. Chin also holds a Certification in Medical Acupuncture from Stanford School of Medicine. Dr. Chin is the founder and Medical Director of The Fertility Wellness Institute of Ohio.
A growing fascination with Reproductive Endocrinology and Gynecology led Dr. Chin to pursue his career as an infertility specialist. Over 9,000 babies have been born with the assistance of Dr. Chin. He is also the first infertility doctor to have a successful pregnancy through INVOcell in Ohio. Dr. Chin ‘s goal is to provide outstanding individualized care in a compassionate and warm environment surrounding with state-of-the-art technology.

Michelle Wallace, RN CNP
Michelle is a Registered Nurse and a Nationally Certified Women’s Health Care Nurse Practitioner. As an Advanced Practice Nurse, Michelle is board certified to specialize and practice in women’s health. Michelle obtained her Masters of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Cincinnati, graduating with honors. She received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing at Wright State University where she also played varsity volleyball. Michelle is a member of the Ohio Association of Advanced Practice Nurses and Sigma Theta Tau. Before becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Michelle worked as a labor and delivery nurse at Miami Valley Hospital. She also worked in an OB/GYN clinic and in private practice for 14 years prior to joining Dr. Chin. This experience has helped to build a comprehensive approach to managing the overall health of women and their families. Michelle has a special interest in fertility assessment and treatment. She believes fertility is a complex process that impacts every part of family life. Michelle also believes that every family deserves an individualized approach to their fertility treatment.
Michelle has personal and professional experience in the journey of fertility and values the opportunity to help others along their journey. Michelle is married and has 3 children, including a set of twins. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, watching her children play sports, working out and playing with her two dogs.
At the Fertility Wellness Institute of Ohio, Michelle works with Dr. Chin to perform assessments, physical exams and treatments. She considers it a privilege to work with patients and learn from Dr. Chin. Helping patients build their families is a special process and one that she values every day.
Dr. Erica Behnke
Lab Director Embryologist
Dr. Behnke is the director of the Assisted Reproductive Technology laboratories at the Fertility Wellness Institute. She earned her Master of Science and PhD degrees from the University of Minnesota in reproductive physiology, following a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Husbandry from Michigan State university.
Dr. Behnke has directed reproductive laboratories in Cincinnati, OH since 1987. She has also served as off-site director for several other laboratories located in Charleston WV, Jupiter FL, Cincinnati, OH and Cleveland OH
Dr. Behnke is board certified as a High-Complexity Clinical Laboratory Director by the American Board of Bioanalysis. Dr. Behnke has presented numerous roundtable sessions and postgraduate courses. Serving as a laboratory inspector since 1994, Dr. Behnke was appointed as Commissioner for the Reproductive Laboratory Accreditation Program for the College of American Pathologists in 1999. She is also a member of the CAP Reproductive Medicine Resource Committee. Professional memberships include the American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), the Society for Assisted Reproductive Technology (SART), and the American Association of Bioanalysts (ABB).
